Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

Because Afterword provides personalized, time-based services, all payments are final once work has
begun. Fees are based on the time, preparation, and expertise dedicated to each client’s project. For
this reason, Afterword does not offer refunds for completed or in-progress services.
If a client needs to reschedule or pause services, accommodations may be available with notice prior to
the scheduled session. However, completed sessions, delivered documents, and any work already
carried out are non-refundable.

If Afterword is unable to fulfill a scheduled service for any reason, clients will be offered the choice to
reschedule or receive a full refund for that specific unperformed session.
